-
Seabourn ships have all the amenities and facilities of a full-sized ship,
but for only 204 passengers.
-
Standard cabins, called Seabourn suites, are a spacious 277 square feet
and are all outside. Each suite has a five-foot picture window, a walk-in
closet, a sitting area with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table that
can be raised and transformed into a dining table for in-suite dining.
-
The marble bathroom has twin sinks (the Legend has one sink) and mirrored
storage shelves, a large tub and a shower. Thick terrycloth bathrobes,
a hair dryer and a selection of toiletries are supplied.
-
Passengers will find a bar fully stocked with their favorite wine and spirits
and personally monogrammed stationery upon arrival in their suite.
Destinations / Itineraries
-
The Seabourn Spirit spends the winter in Southeast Asia with cruises from
Singapore and Hong Kong to Malaysia, Bangkok and Vietnam, then moves via
India to the Mediterranean and Aegean for cruises throughout the summer
and early fall before returning to the South Pacific.
-
The Seabourn Pride begins with an 18-day cruise to Valparaiso for a series
of South American sailings around Cape Horn, then returns for an Amazon
cruise. In the summer, Scandinavia and the Baltic, followed by fall Canada/New
England sailings from NY, then ends the year in the Caribbean.
-
The Seabourn Legend spends the winter with cruises out of Australia and
New Zealand before positioning to the Mediterranean for the summer, then
back to the Caribbean and Panama Canal by year-end.
-
Because of their size, the ships are often able to reach places inaccessible
to large ships, and often visit little-frequented ports.

Inexperienced travelers
-
80% of Seabourns passengers are from North America, others are wealthy,
seasoned, international travelers from the United Kingdom, Switzerland,
Germany and around the world.
-
Age varies depending on season and destinations. Most are 50+, but some
are young professionals -- doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs. Over 50% are
repeaters.
-
Passengers have very similar backgrounds -- likely to have sailed on other
luxury vessels and stayed in five-star hotels -- their expectations are
high.

used for water-skiing or to take snorkelers to choice locations. **Marinas
can only be used in a calm sea with the ships at anchor.**

the dining room menu can be served course by course.
